Facebook Messenger allows video calls now

At this point we still wonder how it is that Facebook has two instant messaging services such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp, both competing on different operating systems, and sharing many similar features.

However, they do not stop their own of constantly update and improve its application, this time throwing a novelty video calls that will allow us to talk face-to-face with friends, family or colleagues. The new option will let us keep conversations using both our home Wi-Fi, and 3G or 4G network connection, so this it does not generate a high rate of spending on our data.

It would be available gradually, coming to different countries, currently it is in Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Laos, Lithuania, Mexico, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, United States and Uruguay. Of course this is a clear move to detract users to another application that also makes it competitive in this regard as Skype, for this next to the new dialer called Hello we are going straight for calls both voice and video.

At this point, we'll see what upcoming features added to the ownership of Facebook applications such as Messenger and WhatsApp, because practically they shared use tools and know how soon added, as today have pretty much the gist of a messaging application.
